Pre-Production
We'll work together to review: concept, development, planning, scheduling and preparations.
We work closely with you during pre-production to ensure your vision is fully realized. This
includes regular updates, feedback sessions, and a clear roadmap to guide the production
phase.
Once we agree on the price and pre-production process we'll move to the next phase:
Production.
Production
The production phase begins with interview preparation. I will review the interview questions with you beforehand. Interviews can take place in your home, office, or another agreed-upon location, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed environment.
Crew:
The interview setting will have a minimal crew based on the project's needs, keeping the experience private and relaxed.
Duration:
Each interview typically lasts 1.5 to 2 hours.
Languages:
Interviews can be conducted in English, Hindi, Gujarati, or Spanish. Translators can be arranged for other languages if required.
I will work closely with you to schedule B-roll filming and discuss creative options. Once production is complete, we'll proceed to the final phase: Post-Production.(B-rolls are supplementary visuals that compliment the narrative and enrich the storytelling experience)
Post-Production
This is the place where creativity meets precision. Post-production involves hours of editing to craft your film into a cinematic masterpiece. You'll have the option to include:
Archival materials, Photos, Video footage or audio recordings that hold personal significance
The post-production process typically takes 1 to 2 weeks after the final shoot. During this phase, your film will be edited with attention to detail to achieve the highest quality and satisfaction.
Review Process
Before finalizing your film, you'll have the opportunity to review it thoroughly. If you notice any pronunciation issues, factual inaccuracies, or other errors, please let us know within one week. After this period, all original files will be permanently deleted to ensure your privacy and security.
Final Delivery
Your completed film will be cinematically edited and delivered as:
A private-access link on a secure web cloud service.
A custom made flash drive for long-term, secure storage.
